چکیده
Abstract Purpose Commercial production and the use of liquid vermicompost extract (LVE) is gaining attention as a technique that supports integrated soil-microbial-crop management for sustainable agriculture. However, interaction effects LVE, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), host plants on delivery agroecosystem services in alkaline soil have been less studied. Methods We carried out 3-year field experiment Central Italy, to investigate short-term effect LVE inoculum potential (MIP), AMF root colonization, productivity berseem clover, lentil, sunflower. produced different years were screened microbial properties using Illumina Miseq sequencing. was applied at seeding, crop stem elongation flowering stages. Control crops received water placebo. Results bacterial communities more diverse showed higher turnover between 2019 2020 than fungal communities. Diverse groups, majority which belonged phyla Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Mucoromycota, detected, including N-fixers ( Flavobacterium , Malikia, Citrobacter ), P-solubilizers Pseudomonas C-degraders Tolumonas Arcobacter Mucor ). Notably, treatment enhanced MIP colonization most crops, but selectively improved shoot biomass clover (+ 32%) sunflower 34%), grain yield 37%) oil concentration 5%) sunflower, compared corresponding non-treated controls. Conclusions had groups bacteria few taxa, its application selected growth- yield-related variables This could be due LVE’s biostimulating arising from vermicompost-associated microbiome biomolecules.

Influence of Different Types Mycorrhizal Fungi on Crop Productivity
Mycorrhizal fungi greatly enhanced the ability of plants to take up phosphorus and other nutrients those are relatively immobile and exist in low concentration in the soil solution. Fungi can be important in the uptake of other nutrients by the host plant. Zinc nutrition is most commonly reported as being influenced by the association, although uptake of copper (Cu) , iron, N, K, Ca and Mg has ...
متن کاملThe Effect of Mycorrhizal Fungi and Vermicompost on Growth and Mineral Nutrients Composition of Strawberry Cultivars
The study was conducted to investigate the effect of biological fertilizer and arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in four levels (without biological fertilizer, Rhizophagus irregularis, Funneliformis mosseae and vermicompost) on growth and shoot mineral nutrients composition of two strawberry cultivars (Parus and Kurdistan) in factorial experiment based on randomized complete blocks design with ...
متن کاملCrop management effect on chemical and biological properties of soil
This study was aimed at evaluating the effect of crop rotation and various tillage systems onthe chemical and biological properties of soil in the years 2013-2015. The first order factorincluded cropping systems: a) crop rotation (pea – winter wheat – spring wheat) and b)monoculture of winter wheat, whereas the second order factor were tillage systems:1) conventional (CT), 2) reduced (RT) and 3...
متن کاملNatural and within-farmland biodiversity enhances crop productivity.
Ongoing expansion of large-scale agriculture critically threatens natural habitats and the pollination services they offer. Creating patches with high plant diversity within farmland is commonly suggested as a measure to benefit pollinators. However, farmers rarely adopt such practice, instead removing naturally occurring plants (weeds). By combining pollinator exclusion experiments with analys...
